Return Policy

By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:


Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, the customer shall inform our customer service immediately, together attach with the proof of purchase and proof of dissatisfaction for verification purpose, through WhatsApp (016-3623998). We will be glad to arrange a refund or replacement for you.


You have 14 days to return an item from the date of receiving it. Items cannot be refund, return or replacement after 14 days from the receipt of original order. To be eligible for a refund, return or replacement, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.


Once we received the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or replacement of good after inspecting the item. If your return is found valid and approved, we will initiate the immediate action via either refund or replacement of good according to the term and condition within a certain amount of days. If we offer you a refund, please note that banks generally take up to 10 business days to process and transfer the funds into your account. Some banks can take up to 15-30 days, or until your next billing cycle. The One Percent has no influence over these timescales.


We reserved the right, at our absolute discretion, to decide on the entitlement of partial refund or full refund or replacement of the return item or defective item.

*Note: Flower is a perishable item. The removal of few leaves and petals will work very well to restore the overall usage and appearance. This will not be deemed as defection. Kindly reconsider before purchase.


Replacement Of Good Is Not Applicable To

  1. Change of mind.
  2. Request to change color, size, flavor etc.
  3. Invalid receiver address or receiver name. (Kindly check the details before placing the order.)
  4. Others


We honor our responsibility to our valuable customer by offering free shipping on returns when the claims or returns is valid according to the stated term and condition. Otherwise, shipping cost will charge to the customer.
